So very happy to welcome readers here if this is your first visit to the site, but for long time supporters I say “where would I be without you?” I wouldn’t want to know. Today we celebrate together the soft reveal of my new story, Comfort Christmas. It is the bookend story for the series of Comfort, Texas, novels that peek into a friend group of smart professional women–their busy lives, uphill battles, sweet second chances, and happily ever afters.

Reading about the Christmas season is synonymous with feeling a bit of cheer and wassail–or so the pundits tell us. I sure hope it’s true, because as I wrote this novella I was feeling all the glitter of fake snow and twinkle lights.
